3. If traveling with children, please inform us at the time of booking. If a child safety seat is needed, please fill out a requirement form.

6. The person making the reservation should consider the number of peers and the amount of luggage before booking. If the number of people or luggage exceeds vehicle weight and loading limit, additional handling and processing costs may occur.
7. Pick-up:
If the passenger has confirmed a flight delay, they should immediately call to inform, in order to avoid damaging passenger rights and interests. The waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes from the actual arrival time of the plane or a time as decided by the passenger. If a service person confirms that the flight has arrived but the passenger cannot be contacted, the service person may wait for up to 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival time before leaving. If the passenger is using a one-way trip service and the service person has received the passenger’s notice to wait and complete the service, from the 91st minute onward the passenger will pay the waiting fee for every half hour passed (pay upon boarding car). Time less than half an hour will still be calculated as an half hour.
8. Drop-off:
Depending on the passenger’s agreed arrival time and appointed destination,  if passenger and any travel companion  cannot be reached within 30 minutes of the arranged time,  the service person may proceed to leave. The customer will be regarded as having used up their one-way trip service. If service person has received the passenger’s notice to wait and complete the service, from the 31st minute onward the passenger will pay the waiting fee for every half hour passed (pay upon boarding car). Time less than half hour will still be calculated as an half hour.
