Natural Way Six Arts Cultural Center is located at 33 Linsen Rd., Taichung. It was built during the Japanese colonial period, with over a hundred years of history, and was originally the Taichung Budokan Martial Arts Hall. It was a place for Japanese officers to practice martial arts such as judo and kendo. In 2004, it was officially recognized as a historical building and was given a more special role by transformed into the Natural Way Six Arts Cultural Center. Natural Way Six Arts Centre provides various introductory courses in tea arts, kendo, and judo, and introduces the traditional six arts to people; the list of six arts includes: Li (moral discipline), Yue (music), She (archery), Yu (riding), Shu (literature and calligraphy), and Shu (mathematics). There is also part of the building made to be the exhibition area for a variety of themes. The Japanese style architecture is well-preserved at Natural Way Six Arts Centre, giving it an elegant atmosphere and historical depth. You can easily immerse yourself in its unique atmosphere, or even take a further step to learn and embrace the beauty of six arts.
