Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf was originally just a fishing port, but now it's been transformed into a multifunctional and recreational port. In the recent years, the planning has made great improvement to this port. It has a large recreational area, wooden scenic walkways, and cafes. Due to its convenient and spacious location, lots of large events are held here. It has since became a popular Tamsui destination. Following the wooden pathway along the shimmering rocks, the boats slowly sail out of the port, the sweet aroma of coffee flows out from the shops into the streets, and sometimes there are street performers holding crowds on the street dazzling visitors. Once it gets dark, the Fisherman's Wharf's main attraction is the Lover's Bridge. The brightly lit bridge is a good place to go for a stroll. Rmember Tamsui isn't just about the Old Street and their street food, and that the Fisherman's Wharf offers a more relaxing way of seeing Tamsui.
