Taiwan Balloons Museum is located in Taichung City's Shengang District, on Danfeng Road, Section 5, No. 505. Dalun Balloons inherited the old "White Rabbit" brand, and established their own private brand, "Prolloon" in the process. With the assistance of the founder Mr.Hou, it became the largest rubber balloon factory in Taiwan. The museum was formed in 2008, with the balloon symbolizing "joy and happiness". It's existence can be found in all major occassions, such as weddings, ceremonies, and birthday parties. 
The museum features a museum area, game area, DIY classroom, VIP reception room, balloon store, and huge models. There's both old fashioned equipment and new age digital broadcasting equipment, graphic explanations of the balloon manufacturing process, the history and evolution of the company, raw rubber material collection process, as well as a wide variety of DIY activities, along with some large-scale event performances, professional explanation services, and more.
