A. Online Ordering Information and Notices

 

1. Please be sure to check the details of your purchases before confirming and making your payment.

2. Please make sure that not only the information in your order, but also all of the information in your member info on our website is correct. If we fail to contact you or are unable to complete a service because you entered erroneous information, we will not assume any responsibility.

3. If an order has already been placed and/or the package has already been sent out, and the customer finds out only after this that they have entered the wrong address, phone number, name, or other details; we will not be held responsible for any failure of the package to reach you and will not provide a refund.

4. Once you have completed your payment, your package will likely arrive 3 to 14 days later. This may change depending on the contents of the order, your region, your customs office, or the availability of what you are ordering. If you have any questions or if your package doesn't arrive within the expected time period, please stay in contact with us.  

5. If you are ordering from us, especially if you are ordering food, please be sure to go online or contact your local government office to find out if your country's customs will allow our product and your order to go through.

 

B. Expiration Date and Returns Terms

 

1. To determine the end of the shelf life of the food you ordered, please count from the day you ordered it. If the expiration date has passed, or the packaging is unclear as to its shelf life, the company which produces the product should replace the order. If this happens, you may then count the shelf life starting from the date you bought the product from the company.

2. If you receive goods that are defective or have damaged packaging, please return them for a replacement or refund with the packaging as unchanged as possible, together with any receipt. If the product is undamaged, but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may attempt to return it in it's original packaging with any receipt you might have. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund.

3. If you notice that the product you received has any of the problems below, please inform us and the providing company of the fault. Once the company has been informed of the problem, they should replace or repair the item you ordered:

a. You find that the product has a smaller quantity than advertised or is damaged.

b. The food is rotten or has gone off within the stated shelf life.

c. The product needed to be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. You must provide a reason.

4. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced through the fault of the customer, the customer is responsible for the expense.

5. All costs including shipping and repair should be payed by the customer if the customer's actions resulted in the customer's need for a repair.

6. Returns and replacements will not be allowed if:

a. If the company was informed after 7 days of you receiving the product. You must contact the responsible company within 7 days of receiving the product.

b. If the product has already been used.

c. Food which has had its packaging opened.

d. Goods without, or outside of, their original packaging.

e. If the product has been damaged or made dirty by the customer's use.
